We are recruiting experienced Mental Health Support Workers to work 42 hours per week, including days, nights and weekends. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check, and this vacancy may close prior to the posted date if a large number of applications are received.

• Experienced Mental Health Support Worker with over 6 months of experience in an acute or PICU mental health setting, or over 2 years of general mental health experience.
• Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives.

• Sensitive, intuitive and capable of providing a trusting, stimulating and varied environment.
• Compassion, resilience and a dedication to empower and support service‑user independence.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
Assist with medical and welfare needs.
• Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard all patients and visitors to the service.
