About the RoleWe are seeking a Reablement Supervisor to join the STAR team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to lead and develop a team of frontline staff, ensuring excellent standards of care and service delivery.
STAR works with adults including older people and those with mental health needs for short periods of time following hospital discharge or to help avoid hospital admission. Our aim is to ensure that people are safe, well-supported, and able to live as independently as possible.
What You’ll DoYour key responsibilities will include:
- Actively encourage, motivate and support the development of frontline staff with the objective of building a high performing team
- To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, including practice, standards, quality and performance
You will bring:
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience of managing supervision of professional and/or non-professional staff
- An enhanced barring adults DBS check is required for this role
