Adele Carr Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a professional services firm seeking a Corporate Tax Associate to join their Tax team in Oldbury. The successful candidate will join a friendly, client-focused Tax team and will be involved in a mix of compliance and advisory work.

• Preparing and submitting corporation tax returns
• Supporting the preparation of tax provisions, including deferred tax
• Responding to client queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintaining strong client and internal relationships
• Working to agreed deadlines and budgets
• Supporting senior team members on advisory and project work
• Developing technical knowledge through on-the-job learning and formal training

• Delivery of high-quality work and client service
• Effective management of allocated work and deadlines
• Positive contribution to team collaboration

• Previous experience in corporate tax compliance within a practice environment
• Studying towards, or interested in studying towards, a relevant professional qualification (ATT, CTA, or ACA/CTA pathway)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and develop
• Interest in advisory work and long-term career progression
