Overview
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity working for a rapidly developing business based in Oldbury. You will be working alongside a team of experienced purchase ledger clerks and be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the purchase ledger function.
Responsibilities- Registering and processing purchase invoices
- Reconciling company petty cash
- Processing employee expenses
- Reconciling company credit cards
- Assisting with resolving queries
- General office duties
- AAT studier looking to develop their career in finance
- Experience working within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Well established business based in Oldbury with an open and friendly culture
- Easily accessible by public transport
- On site parking
