SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for a long term contract based in West Bromwich, Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
- Proactively chase overdue debt via phone and email
- Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly
- Maintain accurate records and update the ledger daily
- Prepare aged debtor reports and highlight risks
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely payments
- Support with month-end tasks as required
- Proven experience in end-to-end Credit Control (essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Confident using accounting systems and Excel
- Someone who can pick things up quickly and add value from day one
- 6-month contract starting January
