Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

Wednesbury, West Midlands.

Industrial Manufacturing.

£36,000 Basic + Shift Allowance + Bonus = c £44,000 + Benefits.

3 shift Rotation (Rotating on a two-weekly basis) / 6-2/2-10/10-6.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanically minded Engineer to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business based in Wednesbury.

This role supports manufacturing through the provision of Maintenance Engineering activities across all automated production machinery on site. If you are adept at achieving optimisation of plant availability through skilled Maintenance Engineering practices, this could be for you!

Role Description .

* Planned and reactive maintenance of industrial automated machinery.

* Mechanical fault finding and repair activities.

* Stripping down, servicing, repairing and installing new machinery when required.

* Reduce machinery downtime, keeping key plant running.

* Conducting all work in a H&S conscious fashion.

* Working within a team of skilled maintenance engineers.

* Reporting into the Engineering Manager.

Skills and Qualifications .

* Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Time Served experience.

* Mechanical Maintenance Engineering experience.

* Strong fault-finding capability.

* Experience with in a manufacturing environment.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated maintenance engineering team.
