Water Civils | Long-Term Contract | Midlands | OUTSIDE IR35

Do you want to work for an established contractor delivering pipeline, sewerage and infrastructure projects for over 35 years? With increased and secured long-term workload, they are now seeking an experienced and paperwork-competent Site Engineer to join the team, delivering rolling pipeline diversion schemes across the Midlands.

If you're currently operating as a Site Engineer with responsibility for site documentation - or you're a Sub Agent who still enjoys being technically hands‑on - this is an opportunity to run your own schemes while securing a long-term contract outside IR35.

Start available ASAP.

• Take technical ownership of pipeline diversions and new installations
• Undertake levelling and verification of line and gradient control
• Produce and manage CPPs, RAMS, ITPs, SOSB and site inductions
• Ensure environmental compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Drive programme, quality and H&S standards across smaller schemes
• Operate with autonomy and accountability on each project

• Strong background in water or utilities civils
• Severn Trent / Environment Agency exposure highly desirable
• Proven delivery of pipeline, drainage or diversion works
• Comfortable running smaller schemes independently
• Confident managing site documentation and compliance paperwork
• Good understanding of environmental regulations
• CSCS (minimum) | SMSTS preferred
