We're looking for a dynamic Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background to join our client, a thriving manufacturing site in Wednesbury. You'll be part of a small, supportive team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring machinery runs reliably and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Execute planned and reactive on electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Perform fault‑finding, diagnostics, and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Help drive continuous improvement projects and process optimizations.
- Promote and maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Strong capability in electrical fault‑finding and repairs.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A dynamic, proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
- Experience with PLC systems.
