Smile Education is working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Wednesbury to recruit a strong and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a KS1
class
.

This is a full-time, long-term role
, starting ASAP
, ideal for a confident TA who thrives in a busy KS1 learning environment.

• Supporting pupils in a KS1
  classroom
• Working 1:1 and with small groups
• Supporting phonics, early reading, writing, and number
• Assisting with personal care routines where required
• Supporting social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team

• Previous experience in KS1
• Confident supporting phonics and early learning
• Calm, proactive, and nurturing approach
• Strong behaviour management skills appropriate for EYFS
• Able to commit to a long-term, full-time role
