BTEC Sport Lead Teacher

Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club we have an exciting opportunity to join our Academy Education department as a BTEC Sport Lead Teacher.

We’re looking for a BTEC Sport Lead Teacher to be responsible for the delivery of the BTEC sport provision to club scholars and support the SEP.

This role is full time which includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience of delivering BTEC Sport (Level
  3).
• Experience of teaching at post-16.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, be flexible and meet deadlines.
• FA Safeguarding & Emergency First Aid certificate.
• Highly organised and methodical approach to workload.
• Confidential and diplomatic.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Full driving licence.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• English or mathematics as a second subject.
• Experience of working in an elite sporting environment.
