SALARY: TMS/UPS + TLR for the right candidate
HOURS: Full Time
REQUIRED FOR: April 2026
This is a chance to be part of a hugely successful English department where over 80% of students gained 4+ in 2025. West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is an oversubscribed secondary school in the Black Country. The Academy opened its doors in September 2019 with 175 students and has grown each year; it is now at full capacity with 805 students on roll.

Key Responsibilities- To develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences for all students they teach.
- Be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students they teach.
- To liaise with teaching colleagues across the Academy to support strategic development, share good practice and plan collaborative activities.
- Opportunities across our MAT to enhance skills and experience at both primary and secondary level
