We are recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Nursery
Required for an Immediate Start
Salary:
Grade 5 SCP 7-11 (£26,403-£28,142) (FTE-AYR) - To be pro rata
5 days, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks (TTO + Training Days)

We are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in our Nursery to join our dedicated Early Years team, working with children aged 3–4 in our nursery setting. The successful candidate will be dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood education, with a clear understanding of how to support high-quality provision and build on our current Ofsted ‘Good’ rating.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will play a key role in delivering day-to-day Teaching Assistant activities and supporting the school’s early years provision. They will work under the supervision of teaching staff and contribute to creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment for children aged 3–4.
Qualifications and requirements• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of supporting children aged 3–4 in a nursery setting.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood education with a clear understanding of how to support high-quality provision.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Ability to contribute to the school’s vision and values.
