• Reliable, caring, and professional
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Confident working across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Proactive and able to use their own initiative
• Strong team players who can support both teachers and pupils

• To be considered for this role, you must have one of the following:
• A Level 2 or above child-related qualification, or
• At least 6 months' experience working in a school setting
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable but not essential.
