Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a new Head Teacher. The role will commence in September 2026 following the retirement of our current head after 17 years of service.

Perryfields Primary School is based in Sandwell, bordering Birmingham & Dudley, and serves a wide local area. • Lead, motivate, develop and support a dedicated staff team.
• Maintain high standards while driving strategic planning for school improvement in line with evolving curriculum and Ofsted requirements.
• Champion high expectations for children's achievement and quality of teaching and learning.
• Communicate effectively, maintaining critical relationships with the Governing Board, staff, parents, the local community and stakeholders.
