OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate our pupils, ensuring they reach their full potential. You will assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting your teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners. You will contribute to the development of our curriculum and support the wider ethos of the school.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Lesson Planning and Delivery:
Plan and teach well-structured lessons that align with the school’s curriculum, inspiring and engaging our children. - Assessment and Monitoring:
Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. - Behaviour Management:
Maintain good relationships within the classroom, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. - Communication:
Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and wellbeing. - Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practises. - Safeguarding:
Promote the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
