We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Savings Servicing Team. You will play a key role in servicing savings accounts (including ISA transfers) and providing support to our Mortgage Servicing Team when required. You will also work closely with Telephony and the Branch Network to answer savings related queries.

What the role will look like:
  • To service on-line and direct savings accounts
  • To service electronic and manual ISA transfers
  • To process all external and internal customer instructions and requests accurately to meet department service standards
  • To provide support to the Mortgage Servicing Team as required
  • To deliver excellent customer service
  • To comply with all regulatory requirements
  • To have a good understanding of the department risk and control measurement framework and to know how they contribute to maintaining and delivering effective risk management
  • To work as part of the team with collective responsibility for completion of all team tasks to agreed service levels
  • To continually develop own skills and to maintain an ongoing personal development plan
  • To maintain an up-to-date understanding of all processes and procedures and to understand how each task fits into the wider picture
What you will bring to the role:
  • Excellent administration skills to deliver good customer outcomes
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with a variety of different audiences to include outbound customer calls as required
  • To provide technical product information and support to colleagues in other areas of the society
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An ability to identify and suggest improvements to existing processes or procedures which deliver a service or efficiency gain
  • Be flexible to respond to business needs with the ability to respond positively to working within a fast-paced environment
