Position: Compliance Surveyor (Permanent)
Location: Sandwell

As the Compliance Surveyor you will be:

Covering all the big 6
Surveying properties
Effectively manage and monitor budgets
Make sure that all information is updated and the information is accurate
Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved
Qualifications the Compliance Surveyor will need:

Previous experience in social housing within compliance
Experience checking contractors work
Surveying the big 6
