Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Wednesbury. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business growth objectives.

The role also involves analyzing market trends to drive actionable insights and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.

  • Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Analysis expertise
  • Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and develop client-centric solutions
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
