Whoare we Looking For? 🤓
- You have 1-2+ years of experience in customer-facing delivery roles where you ensure smooth processes and high customer satisfaction.
- You have a calm and service-oriented mindset and enjoy helping both colleagues and customers.
- Strong ability and motivation to retain and expand existing customer portfolio (a few hundred accounts).
- You simplify complex situations, are goal-oriented, and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- You are comfortable working with Excel and have a strong technical interest.
- Experience with, or curiosity to learn, basic concepts such as HTML, CSS, APIs, and JSON is a plus.
- You talk to customers, understand their requirements, and translate them into actionable steps for our team.
- You proactively identify customer needs and opportunities to identify order intake and adoption opportunities.
- You own customer dialogues and convert customer value into price plan upgrades through relationship-based selling.
- You are part of the customer success team and support customers and internal teams with communication, deliveries and troubleshooting where needed.
- You handle customer data imports into Lime Go using our import tool in a structured and customer-friendly way.
You’ll work with multiple projects and customers simultaneously (~10-15). A standard implementation project takes around 1-5 days.
In addition to managing implementations, you’ll also lead various improvement initiatives to develop and streamline our delivery process. You'll be responsible for a value-driven implementation budget, balancing proactive initiatives with incoming technical deliveries, including those resulting from new sales.

Skills & RequirementsRequirements ✅
- Bachelor’s degree
- A tech-savvy individual who loves customer interaction
- Ready to work from our Stockholm office
- SaaS/Startup/Scaleup experience
- Fluent in Swedish and English
You’ll report to Lukas (Business Unit Director) and have regular 1-on-1s, plus collaborate with our Revenue Operations team (Sales, CS, Product - all in Stockholm).
