We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to support a live refurbishment project based inWest Bromwich. This is a proactive, office-based role requiring strong communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking survey appointments with tenants
- Liaising confidently with residents and site teams
- Working on CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Managing schedules and supporting the wider project team
- Taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment
Candidate Requirements
- Previous administration experience (construction or refurbishment projects desirable)
- Confident, assertive, and proactive approach to work
- Good IT skills, including experience with CRM systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Important Information
- PAYE or Umbrella PAYE only - CIS payments are not allowed
- Right to Work must be uploaded to ENGAGE prior to start (mandatory)
- Driving licence not required for this role
