Audit & Accounts Senior – Oldbury

TC Group, the fastest-growing top 20 accountancy firm in the UK, invites an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join our team in Oldbury
. The role suits a newly qualified/finalist ACCA or ICAEW and offers a great opportunity to apply accounting, audit and corporation tax knowledge gained through 3+ years of practical experience.

Approximately 50% of the time will be spent at clients' premises conducting statutory audits. The audit senior will prepare statutory accounts, complete statutory audits, prepare corporation tax returns and provide professional advice. Client handling and professional client queries are essential.

Key duties include:

• Complete audit files to a high quality standard
• Review junior team members’ work and provide coaching
• Report directly to partners and/or senior managers depending on job complexity

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Ideally a newly qualified/finalist ACCA or ICAEW candidate or equivalent (Not AAT)
• Numerate, self‑motivated, accurate and a good communicator
• Able to manage your own workload to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to our clients
