In this role, you'll oversee projects from start to finish, coordinate with team members, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

THE ROLE:

As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will play a key role in leading and managing roofing projects to ensure successful completion. Your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing and directing crews during the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.

* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Weather Shield's standards.

* Troubleshooting and resolving roofing issues while effectively communicating with team members and clients.

* Managing materials, equipment, and job site organization to keep projects on track.

* Leading by example with a positive, hardworking attitude while guiding your team to meet project deadlines.

* Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and ensuring all team members follow proper procedures.

EXPERIENCE:

* 2+ years of experience in a commercial roofing leadership role, such as Foreman or Lead Technician.

* Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) and materials.

* Proven ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and manage job sites effectively.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to challenges in the field.

* A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Commitment to promoting a safe work environment and preventing accidents on the job.
