This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor based in the Greater Milwaukee area. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations, including equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs. They will manage maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance with safety standards. Additionally, the role involves supervising a team of technicians, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of the fleet.

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage maintenance staff
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical issues and identifying optimal solutions
• Thorough understanding of fleet safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus
• Experience in transportation or fleet management preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus
