Job Overview:
Graff Masonry Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated Masonry Technician to join our high-performing Field Operations team. This full-time, on-site role involves laying brick, block, and stone for residential, commercial, and industrial masonry projects. We're looking for individuals who can work efficiently, uphold craftsmanship standards, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lay brick and stone veneer with precision and quality.
• Set and align block walls from below grade to finished height.
• Construct block leads that are level, plumb, and on-course.
• Read and follow project plans and specifications.
• Maintain safe and clean work environments.
• Collaborate with field crew members and foremen.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of masonry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Skilled in laying block, brick, and stone for various applications.
• Able to build leads accurately and maintain coursing.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license preferred (not required).
• No specific certifications required.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 40-45 hours/week
• Very limited Saturdays
• Home every night

Location:

• Based out of our shop with job sites within 1-hour radius
• Transportation available from the shop to job sites
