• Welcome customers with warmth, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first hello to final handshake
• Learn and promote our full lineup of products, programs, and services
• Represent the dealership with integrity, positivity, and professionalism
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales training
• Ensure every customer meets with a Sales Manager
• Follow established sales processes to keep things running smoothly
• Introduce customers to our Service Department and highlight the value we provide
• Make sure vehicles are spotless and ready for delivery
• Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals
• Help create engaging showroom displays
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting
• Maintain accurate customer records and traffic logs
• Jump in on other tasks as needed — we’re a team, after all!

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Confidence in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Basic math skills (percentages, decimals, fractions — you’ve got this!)
• Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and meet deadlines
• A knack for solving problems and finding creative solutions
• Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new software
• A positive attitude and a drive to grow your sales career

• Comfortable sitting, standing, walking, talking, and interacting with customers throughout the day
• Ability to use both hands for handling paperwork, controls, and equipment
• Good vision, including color differentiation and focus adjustment
• Ability to occasionally lift 10–50 pounds
