Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Hourly Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant managed by Kilian Management Services in West Bend, WI. The responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring food preparation and service consistently meet quality and safety standards, managing shifts efficiently, and supporting team members in delivering outstanding customer service. The Hourly Manager is tasked with leading the team, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring seamless operations to provide excellent dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Food Safety, and Food Service operations
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to address guest needs effectively
• Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage handling
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards
• Prior management or supervisory experience in the food service industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
