Shift: Shift 3 – Weekend Program Night. Holidays per policy. Weekends:
Weekend Program – Friday and Saturday night shift.
Manages and coordinates activities in collaboration with departmental leadership to maintain continuity of patient care. Responsible and accountable for all aspects of hospital operations in the absence of executive, administrative, and departmental leadership. Other duties as assigned.
ExperienceA minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in which leadership competence has been demonstrated is required.
EducationDegree in Nursing (Baccalaureate or Graduate) is required. If in position as of December 1, 2012, this educational requirement will be waived. Graduate degree (Nursing or related field) is preferred.
LicensureRequires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a multi‑state nursing license from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an equivalent is required within 90 days of hire. AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
