Keyway Solutions is partnering with a growing, award-winning precision machine shop to find their next CNC Programmer / Shop Lead.
This company is an AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified job shop running a wide range of materials - steels, aluminum, exotics, plastics, and more. They’re investing heavily in technology and process improvement, and this role puts you at the center of that growth.
The RoleYou’ll split your time between CAM programming and leading floor operations. This is a hands‑on position - you’re reviewing and editing programs, kitting jobs, prepping materials, and supporting operators day to day. You’ll also take on a leadership role: training, mentoring, running 1:1s, and helping build out the team.

What You Bring- 5+ years of machining experience
- Programming experience (Master Cam, Fusion 360, Esprit, or similar)
- Experience running Haas machines
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a shop setting
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
