Welder

Overview

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Welders in West Bend, WI!

1st Shift (M-F, 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2pm)

2nd shift (M-F 2pm-10pm)

3rd shift (Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am)

Pay $22-$26 DOE

• Load, secure, and unload parts from robotic welding machines using manual methods or hoists
• Set and adjust machine controls (wire feed, amperage, gas, polarity, etc.)
• Monitor welding operations and make adjustments as needed
• Perform basic MIG and TIG welding as required
• Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance with blueprints and quality standards
• Grind, clean, and remove excess weld, slag, or spatter
• Maintain accurate part counts, labeling, and documentation
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and replace worn machine components
• Assist in other production areas as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Welding certificate or degree preferred
• FANUC Robotic Certification a plus
• Minimum 1 year of MIG and TIG welding experience
• Ability to pass an internal welding test
• Working knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and basic math
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
