Receiving Clerk – 1st Shift – West Bend reporting to the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, the receiving clerk is primarily responsible for processing parts through the facility. Responsibilities include receiving materials against purchase orders, verifying receipt/material/quantity. Moving material from one location to another and may be involved in the process of organizing inventory throughout the facility.
Responsibilities- Follow FIFO instructions on all products.
- Load, unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand.
- Convey materials to or from storage or work sites to designated areas, using forklift, hand truck, electric dolly or other device.
- Operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
- Fill out a daily inspection before starting up the forklift.
- Assist with routine or general housekeeping tasks as they relate to the plant's 6S plan.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.
- Use ERP computer system (SAP) for inbound processing of materials.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments.
- Aptitude to take orders and execute them efficiently.
- Demonstrated detail orientation, self‑motivation skills and ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
