Technical Helpdesk Consultant - Hybrid | 1+ Year Experience

In this role, you'll be the frontline hero-providing phone, chat, and remote support to users and solving a wide range of technical issues. • Providing phone, remote, and chat support to end users
• Troubleshooting Windows OS, software issues, and basic hardware problems
• Supporting printers, VPN, DNS/DHCP questions, and user connectivity issues
• Managing user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
• Resolving tickets using a professional ticketing system
• Collaborating with teammates to ensure a smooth IT support experience

Intermediate (1+ year of service desk or technical helpdesk experience required)

This is a Contract position based out of West Bend, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr.
