We're looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join the team on a long-term contract. This is a great fit for someone who wants to grow within a large corporation and build a solid IT career path. Ideal candidates should already have some hands-on corporate IT experience and feel comfortable supporting users in a fast-moving tech environment.
ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day, you'll take escalations from the Tier 1 help desk and help with onboarding and offboarding, including Active Directory work. You'll also partner with other teams like the NOC and user administration. This role is fully on-site. Most support will be in-person, white-glove style, but you'll also tackle some remote tickets. There's a good amount of hardware work too, so being comfortable troubleshooting devices and equipment is important.

Contract position based out of West Bend, WI. This is a fully onsite position in West Bend, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.90 - $24.90/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
