Desktop Support Specialist

Overview

We're looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join a long‑term contract on a fast‑moving tech environment. The ideal candidate has corporate IT experience and enjoys helping users and growing within a large corporation.

• Escalate Tier 1 help desk tickets and support onboarding/offboarding, including Active Directory work.
• Partner with the NOC and user administration teams.
• Provide fully onsite, white‑glove support with occasional remote ticket handling.
• Troubleshoot hardware, devices, and equipment.

This is a contract position based out of West Bend, WI.

The pay range for this position is $24.90 – $24.90/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in West Bend, WI.
