At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, caregivers are the foundation of everything we do. We are seeking compassionate and dependable in-home caregivers in the West Bend area to provide one-on-one care across all shifts, with a strong need for overnight (NOC) coverage.
In this role, you will support seniors, including individuals recovering from stroke, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. - Provide safe, attentive care during assigned shifts
- Assist stroke recovery clients with mobility, transfers, personal care, and daily routines
- Monitor changes in condition and ensure client safety
- Encourage independence while providing hands-on support as needed
- Communicate clearly with the care team and office staff
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience working with stroke clients required
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working independently, especially during overnight shifts
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
