Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineering
We’re seeking a Hands‑On Project Engineer to manage capital infrastructure projects, improve plastics processing operations, and advance automation capabilities across our facility. In this role, you’ll tackle root‑cause issues, support tooling and equipment reliability, and implement efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives that keep our production systems performing at their best.
What You’ll Do- Plan and schedule project goals, milestones and deliverables.
- Document project status reports and provide timely information to all stakeholders.
- Identify and solve project issues effectively.
- Develop Engineering solutions to technical problems.
- Support operations to identify root cause and corrective actions for problems outside the normal production operating window.
- Implement projects to improve safety, efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues.
- Partner with plant leaders to drive process improvement throughout company.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Packaging Technology, Engineering or related field.
- 4 years’ process engineering or technical manufacturing experience in the plastics industry.
- 4 years’ Project Management experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing facility using Injection Molding.
- Green or Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience using CAD design software, Solid Works and Auto Cad.
