Customer Account Coordinator
.

You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

Responsibilities
  • Customer Order & Account Support:
    Enter/Manage customer orders ensuring accuracy of pricing, lead times, and product availability
  • Maintain accurate customer data and service records within ERP & CRM systems
  • Customer Service & Issue Resolution:
    Manage customer inquiries including delivery concerns, quality issues and product information requests
  • Support end consumers with warranty claims and product inquiries
  • Customer Onboarding:
    Assist in new customer onboarding including account setup and documentation requirements
  • Demand & Forecast Support:
    Maintain customer forecasts and collaborate with Supply Chain and Production to support demand planning
  • Customer Communication & Experience Improvement:
    Oversee communication to specialty/independent customers regarding promotions and/or product details; collaborate with internal departments to support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the customer experience

Requirements

We need this seat to have:

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 years’ Customer Service or Account Management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere with customers, coworkers, and managers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superb phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred – not required
