Service Advisor

Gordie Boucher Ford Lincoln of West Bend is looking to hire a Service Advisor for their growing service department. Job duties include but are not limited to determining automotive problems and services by listening to customers’ description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required;

obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system.

Experience is preferred but not required; the successful candidate will be willing to train on job responsibilities. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self‑starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and have a positive attitude. Must maintain top‑rated CSI standards and focus on world‑class customer service.
