As a Quality Control Technician, you will be the quality eyes on our construction projects—testing materials such as concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results Supplies, and ensuring that our road construction meets strict safety and quality standards. You will work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

• Starting hourly pay of $24+/hour plus premium medical plan (free health insurance)

• Test construction materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Take measurements and document results.
• Ensure construction meets all quality and safety standards.
• Work outdoors at multiple Wisconsin project sites.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Can lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills (we’ll provide the training you need).

• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
