We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to infuse new energy into our Clinical team.

Our Partners and Associates collaborate daily for clinical support and success, with mentorship and cross-service opportunities with our in-office Periodontist, Orthodontist, and Pedodontist. Our practice philosophy is serving patients’ families under one roof.

Our practices have served South Shore, Long Island communities for over 42 years. Approximately 41% of collections are Insurance-based; we are fee-for-service with over 25% of patients enrolled in our in-house dental savings plan. Our yearly collection revenue places us in the top 1% for a single practice, highlighting opportunities for you.

• Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend (or other dental software) is helpful but not mandatory; openness to learning software

When you start, you will have a dedicated team: two Dental Assistants (one lead), and your own Patient Coordinator Scheduler. We encourage you to follow our shift starting huddle communications; your Administrative team will support your success. We host quarterly team dinners and biannual Associate dinners to foster collaboration. Our team exists to support you.

• Competitive Compensation:
  Initially a generous hourly rate; potential move to a percentage of collections as production increases. Our practice collection average is over 103%.
