In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By- Expanding market presence by identifying and pursuing new B2B opportunities within the dietary supplements and early life nutrition sectors.
- Engaging customers by building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners to deliver solution‑based selling using the Strain to Solution™ platform.
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and technical service teams to align customer needs with Novonesis capabilities.
- Executing regional and global sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Gathering market intelligence by monitoring trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and innovation.
- Maintaining accurate CRM pipeline data and reporting regular performance updates to leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience within the health, wellness, dietary supplement, or food and beverage sectors.
- Strong preference for understanding of the probiotics industry and product development processes.
- A proven track record of closing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical or science‑driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market needs and identify opportunities.
- Self‑motivation, a proactive mindset, and comfort working in a remote environment, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global matrix organization.
- Experience utilizing lead generating technology such as CPG Radar (preferred).
- Ability to travel 30–50% within North America and additional international travel to Denmark 1–2 times per year for meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other key industry events.
