RN Nurse Supervisor; SNF

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Nurse Supervisor to support clinical operations and provide leadership to nursing staff within a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality care, staff support, and regulatory compliance across assigned shifts.

The RN Nurse Supervisor oversees nursing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care, proper staffing, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. This individual serves as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff while collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality resident care in accordance with care plans
• Monitor staffing levels and assist with shift coverage as needed
• Address clinical issues, incidents, and concerns in real time
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and facility policies
• Provide guidance and coaching to nursing staff
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and change-of-condition assessments
• Complete required documentation, reports, and follow-up as needed

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Prior experience in SNF/LTC or post-acute care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
