Novonesis is looking for a Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) for our West Allis facility. This isn't just any manufacturing role—you’ll be leading the team that produces the essential food cultures used by dairy producers across the state and the globe.

• Support Wisconsin’s Heritage: Oversee the production of high-quality cultures that power the dairy industry.
• Lead the Team: Manage and develop a high-performing 3rd shift crew in a fast-paced biotech environment.
• Ensure Excellence: Maintain strict safety protocols and quality standards (GMP/ISO) to ensure every batch meets our world-class requirements.
• Drive Improvement: Identify ways to optimize production and troubleshoot operational challenges.

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A “safety‑first” mindset and strong technical problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in food, biotech, or chemical manufacturing (highly preferred).
• A desire to work the overnight shift and lead with autonomy.
