Receiving Coordinator shifts

Quad West Allis is looking for a shift Receiving Coordinator. This role is responsible to ensure that all items received into the department have been properly documented and delivered to appropriate location for use in the manufacturing process. 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unload product and accurately receive incoming product into appropriate systems and complete all necessary electronic and manual paperwork
• Maintain all records and copies of paperwork received from shipment
• Effectively route received product to designated storage location and/or location in manufacturing process
• Assist internal departments with tracking of product
• Effectively communicate information with impacted departments or external contacts including customer service, carriers and sites
• All other duties as assigned; may include, material handling job duties and tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized paper warehouse.
• Actively participate and follow all Safety and Lean regulations, policies and initiatives. Including performing daily maintenance inspections as required and report any issues of concern to the appropriate leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience:3-5 years of similar experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational and problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently without close supervision

Ability to effectively and professional communicate both verbally and written.

Proficient knowledge of departmental programs, applications and computer operating systems

Ability to work effectively with co-workers and all other internal/external contacts to promote teamwork

Proficient knowledge and ability to use desktop and mobile PCs

Ability to work Quad assigned work schedule including rotation shifts, day, night, weekends and overtime as needed
