* What You’ll Do:

** As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our community remains safe, welcoming, and supportive. You’ll lead and motivate staff, foster strong resident and family relationships, and promote a culture of teamwork and customer service. This is a leadership position where you’ll guide day-to-day operations, support compliance, and help residents live their best lives.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Support and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care   Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community   Oversee staffing, training, and ongoing staff development   Participate in marketing, admissions, and customer service planning   Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies   Promote programs that enhance resident well-being and independence
