What You’ll Do Reporting to the Department Manager, your role will include:

• Oversee daily job site operations and short‑term scheduling
• Coordinate staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions
• Attend preconstruction meetings and site orientations
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and inspection procedures
• Manage field office setup, temporary services, and equipment logistics
• Collaborate with Project Manager on scheduling and procurement
• Monitor labor reports and field staff performance
• Enforce safety policies and conduct weekly safety meetings
• Maintain quality control and resolve on‑site conflicts
• Submit required documentation and timecards promptly
• Participate in project closeout and walk‑throughs

• Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience
• Completion of a State Union Apprenticeship program
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and construction law
• High School diploma or GED

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
