- Master’s degree (M.A.) or four to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Assessment:
Review client history, conduct thorough assessments or screenings, communicate results to clients and families, and document findings. - Planning:
Identify needs, establish treatment goals, and communicate plans to clients, families, and healthcare team members; collaborate for timely discharge planning. - Implementation:
Prioritize and implement treatment interventions based on client needs; document daily interventions. - Evaluation:
Evaluate intervention effectiveness, reassess care plans, and communicate changes to clients/families; complete discharge documentation. - Program Development & Professional Growth:
Develop new programs, supervise students, provide training, participate in continuing education, and engage in facility in services and committees.
- Human Resources will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission.
- Complete 1-2 interview(s) and meet with immediate supervisor and mentor.
- Upon receiving the job offer, complete onboarding paperwork through Paycor.
- Paid New-Hire Orientation.
- Continuous training from mentor.
