Position: Clinical Liaison / Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Liaison / Marketing professional to support census growth and referral development for a skilled nursing and long‑term care facility. This role blends clinical knowledge with relationship‑based marketing and serves as a key connector between hospitals, referral partners, and the facility.

Position Summary

The Clinical Liaison / Marketing professional is responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships, facilitating appropriate admissions, and supporting census growth. This individual works closely with hospital discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and internal clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions into post‑acute care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community referral sources
  • Review clinical referrals and assess appropriateness for admission in collaboration with nursing leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital and community referrals
  • Promote facility services, specialty programs, and clinical outcomes
  • Support census development and bed management strategies
  • Conduct facility tours and participate in community outreach as needed
  • Track referral activity, conversion rates, and census trends
  • Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Experience in SNF / LTC, post‑acute, or healthcare marketing or liaison role preferred
  • Clinical background (RN, LPN, LVN, or therapy experience) strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care authorization processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
