We are looking for students who are interested in exploring a career in a skilled industrial trade. We are currently hiring for our Industrial Electrician and Tool & Die Youth Apprenticeship Programs. Join our team and help build the world’s most sought-after motorcycles.

The Youth Apprenticeship (YA) develops technical and employability skills by combining in-classroom and on-the-job learning. The job responsibilities of a Youth Apprentice vary depending on the career pathway.

Program Framework:

Key Elements of the youth apprenticeship program are:

  • Industry-developed skill standards
  • Skilled mentors assigned to train youth apprentices
  • Paid on-the-job work experience and related classroom instruction
  • Performance evaluation of demonstrated competencies

Youth Apprentices must be willing and able to do the following:

  • Work 15-20 hours per week during the school year.
  • Maintain good attendance, punctuality and communication.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
  • Enter and work in confined spaces and wear related PPE.

Pay Rate:

  • $19.38/hour

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to learn and apply mechanical concepts.
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics to perform job-related calculations and to interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret job related documents.
  • Ability to take direction and work under the guidance of industry professionals to gain hands‑on skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Available to students who will be entering their Junior or Senior Year in the ’26‑’27 school year
  • Must complete a minimum of 450 hours between June 1st and August 31st of the following year.
  • Must complete 2 semesters of related classroom instruction
  • Candidates must be on track to graduate
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of start date
