The Food & Beverage team ensures products are fresh, in stock, available, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. They manage operations, process, and efficiency for food and beverage areas of the store, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing quality handcrafted beverages and food, prioritizing guest needs over tasks.
• Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage Standards, Starbucks brand standards, and food safety standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes (deliveries, replenishment, stocking, invento ry accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, labeling, backstock, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of promotional activities within Starbucks and follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience while driving efficiency and safety.
• Support Drive Up and digital order fulfillment accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain an inviting dining area and engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations per Starbucks standards.
• Produce items to specifications, follow department routines, monitor and record temperature-sensitive items, and complete cleaning tasks as outlined.
• Follow packaging, labeling, and food safety requirements; identify damaged, recalled, or expired items; maintain in-stocks; follow perishable inventory procedures; execute sampling best practices.
• Create a welcoming guest experience, interpret guest needs through body language and questions, and solve issues with knowledge of tools, products, and services.
• Complete required Starbucks trainings related to quality control; uphold safety and ethical conduct; work safely and identify hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products is core to the role.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; active, busy environment.

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate via multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; resolve guest questions quickly; attention to detail; follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds; scan, handle, and move merchandise safely.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 34°F to
  -10°F; may involve exposure to allergens and varying environmental conditions.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
