Responsibilities- Provides services for the pastoral/spiritual needs and education of patients, families, team members.
- Knowledgeable in the areas of theology, spirituality, and pastoral care.
- Performs pastoral care functions as needed to support the spiritual and emotional health and well-being of those served.
- Ecclesiastical Endorsement is required.
- Catholic Priest chaplains must have Faculty for Sacraments from the Local Ordinary of the Roman Catholic Diocese/Archdiocese.
- 400 hours, 1 Unit, of Clinical Pastoral Education is required.
- Bachelor’s - Theology Related.
- Continuing Education Hours - Clinical Pastoral.
- Masters - Theology Related.
